After reading a few of the reviews on this location, it seems to be a common issue that the employees frequently place the incorrect tags on products and are incompetent when it comes to stocking items in the correct section. Customer service doesn’t do anything and products go to waste.

Although Marshalls seems like a clothing retailer I find it the ideal place to find unique gifts and snacks. The store has a wide variety of interesting toys as well. This particular store is nice and clean. The staff seems well trained and friendly. Spacious change rooms and handy clean public washrooms.

Best Marshalls in Hamilton. Have always had good finds here, everything from retro Raptors shirts and pants, Mario and Spongebob socks, Simpsons shirts, all the way to Michael Kors jackets and shoes. If you want to find the best finds at a Marshalls in the Hammer, this is by far the best spot to look.

To be honest the store has really nice stuff and a good variety. However, things like underwear and pricing labels is super frustrating. I spent a good 25 minutes going through boxers. Some were priced well on clearance. Yet when you get to the front they say it's labeled incorrectly. Almost accusatory. If you guys can't do your job and properly keep labels on items don't put things on clearance at all. You will get to the front, then they will tell you that well people switch stickers. How is that my problem? Find a new type of sticker or a different system. Or have one of your employees go through them every other day to make sure labels are correct. Working in retail in the past I understand that it's not super easy. At the very minimum don't get accusatory in front of other people when you go to pay. When you're spending 300 to $400 I really don't overly care about a $10 difference. I personally would not recommend this store in general. There's much better places to go. And I want to reiterate that they didn't accuse me personally but you could get the gist of what they were saying Maybe I took it the wrong way. Regardless, I personally won't be back.
